
Peter Pollak is President of DPS Sporting Club Development Company, LLC. In this position, he and partner, Steve Schram, direct sales and marketing of private, residential sporting communities and equity clubs; together they are also responsible for strategic planning, new business development and operations. Peter initiated and developed the Company’s current in-house advertising and marketing division. He also oversees sales offices located in Jackson Hole, Wyoming; White Sulphur Springs,
West Virginia; New York, New York; Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands, British West Indies; and the most recent DPS office in London.
A graduate of the University of Virginia, Peter has more than 25 years of real estate development and sales experience. Beginning his career in 1980, he was the top seller of resort real estate in the United States by 1981 at the age of 29. From 1997 to date, he has helped administer nearly one billion dollars in real estate and membership transactions for all DPS developments. Peter currently serves on the Board of Directors for Winterthur Museum.

Steve Schram is responsible for strategic planning, new business development and operations, working closely with his partner Peter Pollak on sales and marketing. Before joining DPS Sporting Club Development Company, LLC, Steve was President of the Boston Celtics Limited Partnership and President of the Boston Celtics Communications Partnership, which owned the television station, FOX 25 and the radio station, WEEI. Steve also served as Vice Chairman of The Celtics team, tripling the Celtics’ marketing and promotional revenue in his first two years. Prior to his time with The Celtics, Steve spent seven years as Vice President of Fixed Income for Morgan Stanley, responsible for underwriting pricing and distribution of bond deals for the company’s largest accounts within the municipal bond department.
Upon graduating from the University of Wyoming with a B.S. in Political Science and Philosophy, Steve worked for U.S. Senator Malcolm Wallop in Washington D.C., covering Finance, Natural Resource and Ethics Committee assignments. He then continued his studies at Duke University, earning an MBA/MPP. In 2003, President George W. Bush appointed Steve to the Board of the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation where he currently holds the position of Vice-Chairman. He also serves as Vice Commodore of the Shelter Island Yacht Club, and serves on the boards of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Massachusetts Bay, the Advisory Board of the Boston Private Bank and the Advisory Board of the National Forest Foundation.

Bruce Hazzard is a registered Architect, Landscape Architect, Planner and Construction Manager. Bruce evaluates potential Sporting Club sites in terms of their environmental sensitivity and vigorously applies the principals of sustainable development and smart growth during the master planning and construction siting process. Bruce authored DPS’ Sustainable Design Philosophy and is a LEED Accredited Professional, a US Green Building Council certification. Previously, he spent 18 years as partner with the award-winning Design Workshop of Aspen, Colorado.

Peter McKinney brings more than 24 years of experience in construction, site and financial planning, project and logistics management, and client relations skills to the DPS team.
A graduate of Swarthmore College, he spent his early career as construction foreman for a custom home builder in New England. As Vice President of Development for The Greenbrier Sporting Club, he oversees the planning, design and construction for the entire property. Prior to joining The Greenbrier Sporting Club, he managed real estate development projects throughout the East Coast, from Maine to Florida.

Dan Paquette oversees planning, design and construction for all DPS Sporting Club properties and is currently spearheading DPS’ newest green building initiative at The Greenbrier Sporting Club. Dan is an enthusiastic advocate for environmentally conscious land planning and historic preservation. He has been designing and building energy efficient homes since the 1970s and continues to keep abreast of evolving technologies, best management practices and materials specifications to ensure the integrity and authenticity of built structures. He has lectured widely on a range of master planning and construction topics in the northeast where he is most widely recognized for restoring Trinity Church (c.1728) and The Brick Market Building (c.1749) in Newport, Rhode Island.

Pat Worsham, formerly the President and General Manager of The Ford Plantation Club, rejoined The Greenbrier Resort and Club Management Company in 2003, as Vice President for Club Operations and is now Managing Director of DPS Club Management, LLC. Prior to his role at The Ford Plantation, Pat served as General Manager, at The Windsor Club in Vero Beach, Florida. Pat also spent 12 years in management roles with various resort properties as part of The Greenbrier Resort and Club Management Company. Kym Greene joined DPS in 1999 and brings over 20 years of progressive financial and accounting experience in real estate development, operations management, homebuilding and public accounting to her role as CFO for DPS, The Greenbrier Sporting Club, Snake River Sporting Club, Deep Water Cay Club, Sterling Construction Management and numerous ancillary DPS entities. Kym has extensive experience in due diligence, business plans, and start up operations. Previously, she was the chief financial officer and development project manager for Okatie Homes, VP of Finance, Accounting and Administration for Del Webb, and the Controller of Spring Island and Callawassie Island. Prior collective project volume exceeded $1B in gross revenue and $400M in infrastructure costs. Prior to, she was in public accounting specializing in audit, tax and management advisory services for real estate development. Kym received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the College of Charleston, is a licensed CPA and a member of SCACPA and the AICPA.

Tyler Congleton joined DPS in 2002 with experience in residential and commercial real estate finance, development and investment. Prior to joining DPS, Tyler originated over $1.2 billion in commercial mortgage loans with Prudential Capital Group, where he helped launch the firm’s CMBS group. Thereafter, with Hines Interests, he played a key role in raising a $350 million fund targeting recreational community development.
Tyler joined DPS at The Greenbrier Sporting Club where he managed elements of project finances and assisted with large multi-lot sales to investors. Thereafter, Tyler played an instrumental role in DPS’ acquisition of Snake River Sporting Club in Jackson Hole, WY. He currently oversees project finances at Snake River Sporting Club and is a member of the Board of Directors of the $250 million project. Tyler continues to evaluate and structure potential new projects for DPS. He holds degrees in Finance and Marketing from the University of Virginia, and an MBA from UNC-Chapel Hill. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Great Smoky Mountains Conservation Association, and has served multiple terms on area Boards of Directors for Trout Unlimited and Ducks Unlimited.

Before joining DPS Sporting Club Development, Robert Rippee was the President of the R2 Group Inc., a marketing consulting firm he founded in early 2006. Prior to that he served as Vice President of Brand and Marketing for the Sea Island Company, where his team was widely acknowledged as a world-class leader in real estate marketing. His broad experience also includes an extended period with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company in locations ranging from Hawaii to the Caribbean and Mexico. Possessing an undergraduate degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Wyoming and an MBA from The University of Georgia, Robert brings DPS an innovative approach using highly targeted marketing combined with an extraordinarily strong business acumen. Robert also serves as managing partner of the newly founded internal creative agency, FORMO, serving as a unique marketing and brand innovation agency. Also a Veteran and former Navy pilot, his teams are noted for their clearly defined strategy and collaborative organizational structures.

Adam Boozer’s early involvement in digital media constructed a vast knowledge in creative thinking, design, direction and editing. Caryn Baumgartner offers a wealth of knowledge in marketing, creation and design specializing in brand strategy and identity development, interactive media and advertising. Caryn has offered her results-oriented and award-winning creative direction on major account’s branding, interactive media and integrated marketing efforts where, in past collaboration, she had directed the creative brand strategy for the Sea Island Resorts and subsequent development and application across advertising, interactive, marketing collateral and onsite communications. Professional experience also includes critical participation in the award-winning Kelley Bluebook (kbb.com) and Walt Disney Travel Company account where she was responsible for overseeing all subsequent collateral and campaign development. Dave Purpora is as an established real estate agent whose sales have accounted for over $80 million since his time within the industry. His real estate background is in the luxury market, with a previous focus on luxury developments based in the Caribbean, including Anguilla, St. Lucia and St. Kitts. Dave began his tenure in the real estate industry in 2001 with Four Seasons Seven Canyons, based in Sedona, Arizona, then moving to IMI Worldwide Properties shortly after in 2003. He joined IMI Worldwide in Lake Tahoe, selling Old Greenwood and the New Village at Northstar with developers East-West Partners. In 2004, he sold MetroClub Condos for IMI in Philadelphia, later becoming the Director of Sales for IMI CLUB NYC in 2005.
Dave served as the Director of Sales for IMI through 2008 representing hotel flags Viceroy Anguilla, Fairmont Anguilla, Raffles St. Lucia, Mandarin Oriental and the Auberge flags in St. Kitts. After a two-week stint on Nantucket Island selling White Elephant Hotel residences, Dave joined DPS Sporting Club Development in May 2008 as Vice President of Sales where he oversees international sales for all DPS Sporting Club properties.
Before working with IMI Worldwide, Dave traded foreign currency for fourteen years traveling between New York City, London and Geneva. He worked for several top banks including UBS, Société Générale and Bear Stearns in New York City and Europe. Dave graduated Brown University with a B.A. in 1986.
