By joining the Luxury Broker Program and registering your Prospective Purchasers, you will have the potential to earn referral income by simply introducing us to your clients and customers. If a Protected Prospective Purchaser signs a Purchase and Sale Agreement in accordance with the terms of your firm’s broker referral compensation agreement and all terms and conditions of the Agreement are met, your firm will be paid a two and one half percent (2.5%*) referral fee on the net sales price.

How To Get Started
To join the Luxury Broker Program, the managing broker of your firm needs to sign up for the Program. Once that is complete, you and your colleagues can register your Prospective Purchasers online.
